The only positive thing about this apartment is the location and that is not worth the high rental rates, rude management team, and consistent problems. The grounds may look nice but they do not take care of...

Unhappy Camper

I will make this very simple and honest. I highly recommend NOT to lease here. Too many problems to even mention. 99% Management staff issues.

Park at RO

I agree with the last commentor. The grouds are nice but Management is clueless almost to the point of rude and very irresponsible. I don't see how the Owner(s) can invest so much money on this property only...

Don't live here!

The grounds are very attractive, but that's it. Management is callous and unconcerned. Security is a joke, the guard pays no attention to comings and goings. Neither management nor security people do anything...
