lived here for 2 years

my husband and i have lived here for two years. management was HORRIBLE for a year and a half of that. but they have had a change in management and they seem to be very nice. they are currently upgrading all the apartments with all new appliances. we will never see that but someone moving in will like it. the floor plans are nice. neighbors are quiet for the most part. no late night parties to deal with. all of our maintenance requests have been taken care of within the amount of time they say they will. our AC is broken today and they will have a technician out here this morning. i like living here. it is a SAFE community. all of the crime that has happened here while we were living here happened because people did not lock their doors. (both cars and apartments) and the instances were few and far between.

Under New Management

I have lived here now for five months and I would have to agree about the mgmt and mtc issues but we have new mgmt for about 3 weeks now- they are doing alot of work out here- new roofing, finally fixed the gate- lets see how it goes the next few months- I really like the spacious apts, gorgeous setting and surroundings, convient to everything. I would hate to have to move again.

Don't be fooled by a pretty face!

Beautiful complex. Worst management on the planet. Other residents talked constantly about leaving. Couldn't wait to move out either after settling in. Maintenance? A joke. Dryer was broken when we moved in...
